How to Plan a Stress-Free Graduation Party
Ready to plan a 2016 graduation party for your son or daughter? You’ve got plenty of details to work out – like cooking or catering, invitations, and decorations. Let Arena Americas help you create the perfect “venue” in your backyard!
1. Book the Party Essentials in Advance
You’re going to need tables and chairs for guests as well as a tent! To make things easy, Arena Americas offers a rental package that includes your right-size tent, one sidewall, 60” round tables, and bistro chairs, plus disposable table coverings. We’ll set up exactly what you need for a group of 40, 60, or 80 guests. Contact us to learn more!
2. Plan Around Delivery & Set Up
Your tent rental covers up to 5 days at no extra charge. We’ll install your tent on Thursday or Friday to give you a few days to set up prior to a Saturday party. The early set-up means that your grad has more than enough time to decorate.
3. Use Your Garage & Backyard
Need extra space? Your garage makes a perfect food or bar area, while the tent is reserved for guest seating. You can create a quick “event space” in your garage by using pipe and drape to hide your yard tools and sports equipment.
4. Don't Forget About the Extras!
Add extra tables to hold a graduation cake, gifts and cards, buffet items, or a grad’s photo display. We have many parents who also rent tall tables for guests to stand at.
You can easily upgrade the linens in our rental package from disposable to cloth. Choose from our large inventory of linen to match school colors! To make party prep and cleanup a snap, Arena Americas can also provide glasses, plates, and flatware.
A backyard event is the perfect way to celebrate your grad’s hard work. We’d recommend that you reserve your rentals early – you know how crazy “graduation season” can be!
