Arena Americas Official Rental Supplier for Lollapalooza

Arena Americas is in Chicago’s historic Grant Park, supporting Lollapalooza as the official rental supplier for the second consecutive year. The world’s second largest music festival is taking place August 1-3, 2014 and Arena has been hard at work installing hundreds of tents and thousands of tables and chairs, along with linen, flooring, lights and fans for the event.

The mile long music festival features a farmers market, gourmet food stands, artist lounges, VIP corporate hospitality venues, an arts and crafts area, recycling stations, sponsor tents, beverage areas, and staff/operational command centers.

Arena has been in Chicago for two weeks installing all of the rental components for Lollapalooza to accommodate over 100,000 guests per day during the three day event. The integration of over 125,000 square feet of tenting has created a seamless transition from one stage to the next providing food, beverage and entertainment amenities throughout the entire park.

“Each year Lollapalooza draws an exciting mix of entertainment and fans to downtown Chicago and we are very pleased to continue to support this iconic event,” said Gary Braun, Arena’s VP of National Events.

Arena Americas was awarded a 2014 N.I.C.E. Award for Best Use of Rental Equipment for last year’s Lollapalooza music festival in Chicago.
